The hotel has spacious rooms with good amenities but the views are limited as they overlook the lobby and coffee shop, making it uncomfortable to open the curtains. The service was excellent, especially the banquet manager and staff who were prompt and helpful. The location is very convenient, close to urban highlights and shopping areas. The dining experience offered delicious vegetarian options but was slightly limited. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.

However, some rooms lack equipment even in the lower tariff range, and there's only one half-length mirror in the bathroom. The breakfast is good, and the restroom is clean, while the maintenance is excellent. The hotel also provides a delicious cake.
The hotel's location near Bengumpet is very convenient, but the rooms lack rain showers and have limited views of the outside world. However, the overall quality of the rooms exceeded our expectations. The service was impeccable, with extremely friendly and efficient staff who provided helpful city information. The dining experience was diverse, although there were some shortcomings. The location, despite being in the city center, has its own charm that attracts visitors. Overall, the hotel offers a good value for the money.
